A message from Debra about Saturday Mornings

Good Morning All!

With the start of the new school year, I would like to create a new feel for the Saturday morning 7:30am class. Starting this Saturday, I will be changing the class to "Power Vinyasa Flow".

For those of you that used to attend my Thursday night Vinyasa, I will be retrieving some of my good playlists for this class and creating new ones for us. I will move back to my traditional yoga music and style. I will be taking out the "cardio" portion of the class and focus on a slower pace strong vinyasa style class.

My goal and focus is always to serve you all in the best way possible and share the wonderful journey of yoga. I feel so truly blessed to get to have you all on my path in life.
