Enjoy a 20 minute stroll through the woods to a bridge overlooking a scenic stream and enjoy the benefits of an outdoor yoga practice! Hear the birds singing, feel the breeze on your face and commune with nature! Spending time outdoors can lower your blood pressure and aid in stress relief.
Meet in front of the hotel at Unity Village (from Colbern entrance, see sign and go right) at 9:15am. We will wait 10 minutes. From there we'll drive to the walking trail and begin our yoga journey.
